Many clients now prefer to communicate with their therapist or physician by Email. It is important to be aware of a few things about sending Emails to me:


* There is no guarantee that any Email you send me will remain confidential.

* The client/therapist relationship begins when you keep your first appointment.

* Never use Email in an emergency. In the event of an emergency, call 911 or go to your local emergency room and ask to speak with the psychiatrist on call.


Directions & Availability:

I am one of seven associates who have linked their
independent practices under one roof to form the Franklin
Psychotherapy Center. This is a small, caring
environment. People find that we are friendly and
committed to a very personal way of providing care.


Our offices are conveniently located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, readily accessible by car or public transit. Parking is available on the street and is unrestricted, except for the hours 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. during the rush hour. Between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. adjoining streets (South St. Alfred and South Columbus) have two hour parking available.


Exit Route 1 North off the Beltway. Take the first right at
the traffic light onto Franklin Street. Go one block then
park on either side of Franklin Street, which is one-way.
The office is located in a townhouse on the first floor.
Come into the waiting room and complete some brief
paperwork.


Appointment Hours:

Monday - Thursday 7:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.

Appointments are 45 minutes long.
